The Jump Start Incubator is a company that helps new small business owners get over the first initial hump. It creates a positive environment full of guidance resources to help new companies survive and flourish. Its motives fall in line with the Center on Budget and Policies Priorities.
The jump start incubator was celebrating its fifth anniversary. It has assisted thirty five companies of which thirty are still running. In addition to the corporate aspect JSI brings an academic aspect to the table as well. It has allowed many students to witness the program and gain knowledge on what it takes to start a new business. JSI were able to receive financial help from Customers Bank to get the project going.
