The Inclusive Business Management Practices Tool, supported by DfID and developed as part of the Inclusive Business Boost, will launch the Business Call to Action. The Tool aims to guide multinational companies (MNCs) to scale their inclusive business initiatives.
The Tool and the latest report, State of IB Survey, look at the constraints within MNCs that are preventing making use of inclusive business models. It also features the internal barriers to scale and the management practices that MNCs adopt or develop for their inclusive business.
The report also identifies practices that are quite different from conventional business principles, such as: 1) In-depth stakeholder engagement; 2) Value-based talent management practices; 3) Staff wellbeing management; 4) Coherent performance incentives for management; and 5) Sharp understanding of environmental, social and governance risks and opportunities within the inclusive business.
The report and the tool will be launched on September 27 during the BCtA Annual Forum in New York. Read the Entire Article
