An energy tech startup called Onward is changing its name to better reflect its mission: "to transform the energy industry and achieve a Net Zero future," CEO Jeff Allyn says in a press release.
The company's new logoa cross between the Studio X logo from Nike and the Grim Reaper logo from Game of Thronessays it's a " nexus of change and collaboration," helping energy and climate tech companies "leverage digital capabilities to innovate and to achieve Net Zero goals, creating a community for energy entrepreneurialism, and advancing technology to strengthen the resiliency of existing energy resources for resource resiliency," Allyn says.
In addition to its new name, Onward has added a five-member advisory board that includes the CEO of the XPRIZE Foundation, a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and the chief sustainability officer of Nike, Fortune reports.
