A new report from British International Investment finds that 80% of companies in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean have experienced an extreme weather event in the past year, including flooding, drought, and heat.
"This is up from just 68% in 2022," the report's co-author tells the BBC.
The survey of more than 1,000 companies in those regions found that 60% of them had experienced an extreme weather event in the past year, but the figure rose to 72% for companies of all sizes. Read the Entire Article
