Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week Convening Global Leaders to Accelerate the Future of Healthcare

That's how the Department of Health in the United Arab Emirates is framing its first-ever Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week, set to take place in the UAE capital from May 13 to May 15, 2024.

The theme for the week: "accelerating the future of global healthcare," and the DoH is hoping to bring together 5,000 attendees, 200 speakers, and 100 exhibitors to "drive a bold conversation on proactive healthcare delivery," per a press release.

"Abu Dhabi has a track record of excellence and fast-growing, future-forward, data-enabled healthcare services," says Dr. Noura Al Ghaithi, the DoH's undersecretary.

"A platform such ADGHW spearheads global effort to accelerate innovation and the development of novel approaches while making proactive health based on predication, prevention, and early intervention a global priority," adds M42 CEO Hassan Jasem Al Nowais.

Among the topics to be addressed: mental health, aging populations, non-communicable diseases, and mental health. Read the Entire Article
